With a focus on infrastructure to support municipalities, Stephen excels in understanding complex problems and leveraging the appropriate frameworks, networks, and channels to ensure projects align with time, budget, and milestone goals.
One of Stephen’s key strengths is stakeholder communication. He adeptly navigates the often complex and dynamic channels involved in large project work. This skill has been honed throughout his career, which includes managing projects ranging from $100,000 to $26 million.
Andrew Steed
PROJECT MANAGER
With two decades of experience in the civil engineering industry, Andrew is a highly versatile and accomplished project manager. His expertise spans across a wide range of commercial projects, where he has had the opportunity to navigate intricate ecological and civil challenges.
Andrew has extensive knowledge of complex, large-scale concrete pours, live water treatment plants and the retrospective application of steel reinforcing, across a variety of industries.
It is through this project work he has had the opportunity to develop his collaborative approach and ability to lead diverse teams. He has a proven track record of working closely with building trades, engineers, and environmental specialists to deliver projects on time and to budget.
